Laura called me and said someone in the neighborhood had Toby in "Custody." I went outside and found out I had forgot to close the garage door, "my bad." He had gone through his doggie door, saw the garage was open and bolted for freedom. Luckily he has a collar with his info. I went and retrieved him and placed him in the Leetham County Jail. His lawyer stated on his behalf, "My client is innocent, but needs bail money and we are accepting donations."
